
Ingredients
1/2 bell pepper (green, seeded and diced)
1 tablespoon onion (dehydrated [or 1 small onion, minced])
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 cup rolled oats (dry)
1 large egg
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 pound ground turkey (lean)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in loaf pan for 25 minutes (to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F).
- Cut into five slices and serve.
