
Ingredients
2 1/4 pounds beef
cubed
1 head cabbage
2 1/2 carrots (can use 2 or 3)
3 1/2 tomatoes
large
3 1/2 potatoes
large
2 medium onions
2 garlic cloves
sliced (or more)
2 green peppers
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste
optional)
Steps
Wash hands with soap and water.
Dice all the vegetables.
Combine with the meat and seasonings in a large pot.
Add enough water to completely cover the mixture and add the oil and vinegar.
Cook, covered, for two to three hours on low heat until everything is well done.
