Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon salt

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds, and remove any stringy pumpkin pulp. Dry the seeds thoroughly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until all the pumpkin seeds are evenly coated. 
  4. Spread the seeds onto a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through. 
  5. Remove from the oven and cool before enjoying!
