Child and Adult Care Food Program

These cooking videos demonstrate the quick-and-easy preparation of USDA standardized recipes for children 3 through 5 and 6 through 18 years of age. The videos will assist program operators in planning and preparing high-quality meals for the children in their care.

Food Science and Human Nutrition

The Food Science and Human Nutrition Department (FSHN) is one of the world’s largest combined academic programs where food science, nutritional sciences, and dietetics are all studied within one department. The FSHN programs are accredited by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
