8 cups flour (white)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
3 tablespoons ginger (dried
ground)
3 tablespoons cinnamon (dried
ground)
1 teaspoon cloves (dried
ground)
1 teaspoon salt
Steps
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Store mix in a covered jar until ready to use.
