
Ingredients
1 pound walleye fillets
minced (fresh or frozen) (2-8 ounce fillets)
1/2 cup onion
minced
1/2 cup celery
minced
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup crushed crackers
unsalted
1 egg (or 2 Tbsp dried egg mix + 1/4 cup water)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place minced fish in a colander and press firmly to remove as much moisture as possible.
In a medium bowl, mix fish, onion, celery, mayonnaise, crackers, egg, garlic powder, dill, paprika, and salt. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Shape mixture into 8 patties. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place patties at least 1 inch apart on the pan.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve warm.
