
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 cups milk
1%
5 tablespoons butter
melted
2 cups matzo meal
1 teaspoon salt
Steps
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine eggs and sugar; beat well.
Add milk and melted butter; mix well.
Stir in matzo meal and salt.
Pour into buttered 11x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour (don't over bake).
Cut into slices. Can be served hot or cold.
