
Ingredients
1 onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
4 1/2 cups cabbage (sliced)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Steps
Wash hands with soap and water.
Heat oil in a large sauté pan.
Sauté onion over medium heat, until light brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Add sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, and caraway seeds.
Stir and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
