
Ingredients
6 sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Scrub sweet potatoes clean under running water.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into wedges, getting at least 6 wedges per sweet potato.
- Arrange the sweet potato wedges on baking pans in a single layer. Drizzle with oil, then season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix together.
- Roast in oven until soft and browned, about 30 minutes.
