
Ingredients
2 cups cooked whole grain pasta
1 large tomato or ½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ medium green bell pepper
¼ cup Italian salad dressing
Steps
- Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
- Rinse the tomato and green bell pepper, then chop.
- Add cooked pasta, tomato, bell pepper, and salad dressing in a medium-sized bowl. Mix ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Mix again before serving.
